Please allow this letter to convey my appreciation for the professional way in which a recent work request was cared for.
Over the Veterans Day weekend I received a call from our answering service stating that a tenant had come into work that morning and had no water. Upon further investigation it was determined that a backflow had been stolen from the property, which was located in Otay Mesa. While our office was closed completely, to my delight Ahlee had a “skeleton” crew working and in spite of a “less than cooperative tenant” the problem was resolved within a few hours.
Your technician, having limited time and access to parts due to the holiday, did not install a security cage during the replacement and left with the intention of returning the first of the week to do so. Unfortunately, this same device was stolen again over the weekend. Once again, Ahlee was able to respond in a timely fashion and replaced the device, this time with a security cage.
Expecting to receive, and willing to pay for all of the services provided, imagine my delight when the invoice reflected no charge for this second installation.
We count it a privilege to have Ahlee on our Preferred Vendors list and look forward to a long mutually beneficial relationship.

On Friday, June 8, I had an emergency at my association named San Vicente Country Villas IV Association in Ramona. I called your emergency number and Daniel graciously responded and drove up to Ramona so my 131 condominium units could have the backflow repaired and water turned back on (Ramona Water District had turned off the backflow due to leaking).
Again, you are to be commended for hiring such a good employee as Daniel. He was professional, responsive and called me back the next day to tell me the work he had performed in order to get the water turned back on.

I am writing you quick note to let you know how much I appreciate the customer service that your Office Manger Theresa provides. I have had your company service many of our customers from High-rise Condo minimums to Office Complexes over the years. The service has always been completed in a timely fashion and my customers have been very satisfied with the reporting and repairs that were done.
In keeping the paperwork/reports getting to the respected parties like Tri-Signal, the customer and the water department Theresa has been wonderful to work with. She has a great attitude regarding getting copies or faxing information our customer or we have misplaced which happens all the time. She seems to always have the information needed and that is very much appreciated.
